His clients are diverse, including construction companies, real estate firms, restaurants, not for profit health providers and many other service and product providers.

Mr. Greenberg also takes pride in representing the individuals who own and run those businesses, as well as their families and other private individuals. He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York in 1973, a Master of Science degree from Columbia University in 1975 and his law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law in 1981.
